okay i want to get this SSRI out of my system ASAP .... how can i help it to clear through my liver/kidney whatever, .. is there any diet that would help? or aerobic exercise? sleep more or less?

Take alpha-lipoic-acid - it is very good for the liver.

drinking herbal detox teas (not the instant ones like for drug tests though) might help alot. i've tried detoxing my system a couple times...drinking LOADS of water, tea, and juice, and i usually fast for three or five days.
just drinking as much water as you can and a couple cups of tea (a natural foods store no doubt has some, but most regular grocery stores prolly do too bcos Celestial Seasonings makes a liver detox tea now) avoiding unneccesary meds, preservatives, fillers, anything that will work your liver harder during the time too
