Posted by cybercafe on October 7, 2003, at 23:43:00

okay so i started 3.75 mg abilify on september 10 which means i've been on it a month

at first i could only sleep like 5 or 6 hours a night, but now i can sleep a good 10 hours easy

mood stability, no side effects, seems like a good drug

Are you finding your days to be more energetic or less energetic versus the same sleep before the drug?

today i had to get up on 3 hours of sleep. ususally i would feel sleepy the whole day. but today i felt sleepy for about 3 seconds, and then slapped out of it.... i am definately finding my days to be more energetic .... but on the other hand, i'm tapering off celexa so that might be having an effect as well

I've increased my dosage of Abilify to 3.75 mg daily and am doing well. The Abilify takes getting used to; start with a low dose and increase it gradually. Any akathesia which shows up decreases with time, at least in my experience.
