at first i could only sleep like 5 or 6 hours a night, but now i can sleep a good 10 hours easy

I've increased my dosage of Abilify to 3.75 mg daily and am doing well. The Abilify takes getting used to; start with a low dose and increase it gradually. Any akathesia which shows up decreases with time, at least in my experience.
