medicine poop out once ,can happen again?

Hi everybody
i got a question maybe you can help with this one
I was on Nardil 45mg , after 5 weeks the medicine poop out . Now Ive raised the dose to 60mg and It has kicked in again . Im very concerned about the poop out of the Nardil again since this is the only medicine that has really help me to bear this heavy problem
please if you know anything about this ,let me know it , it does not matter is they are good or bad news
