Hey All,
I have been taking Adderall on/off for 5 years. Right now my script is 30mg 3xday but I am able to self regulate depending on my day. My issue is this. No matter what dosage of Adderall I take it seems like if I drink water/fluids regularly I have to use the bathroom all the time. I believe it is called something-hypersenstivity. I read that adderall reduces the bladder mucsel steriod horimone or something also. Now through the day this is a minor inconvience but the biggest kick in the dime bag for me is trying to goto sleep. I always feel like there is pressure to have to pee so I'm getting up every 10 minutes for literally nothing. I can't seem to get relaxed enough to fall asleep. And if I do fall asleep and i've had a lot of water that day I end up waking up every hour to use the john. I typically stop taking adderall 6 to 8 hours before I goto bed but the effects are still there.Does anyone know of a suppliement or even a prescription I could get on to help me with this? I'm not ashamed by this so anything you guys could suggest would help.
