Sounds pretty safe to me, though of course I'm not a doctor.
I actually don't think you CAN get serotonin syndrome from combining two SSRIs... or if you can, it's likely rare. SSRIs, at their theraputic dosages, block 60-80% of the serotonin transporters in the brain. Raising the dosage, or adding another SSRI, would simply raise that level to 100% - and this should not cause serotonin syndrome. I could of course be wrong, though.

Not at those dosages..at least not very likely, but some people are very susceptible to serotonin syndrome, and experience mild symptoms after ingesting low doses of ONE SSRI. Don't do anything without telling your doc.
For what it's worth, At one point I took a combo of effexor (175mg?) and 40mg of Prozac (as prescribed by my Dr.)
I would be more cautious, however, when using a potent SSRI like celexa. Most cases of serotonin syndrome involve a combination of a SSRI and a MAOI, or any number of meds combined with a TCA. Fortunately, the vast majority of serotonin syndrome cases are mild and considered transient.

Thanks for replying guys.
I'll just stick with 20 mg Celexa for the week. Perhaps the best AD I've taken in terms of efficacy and side effects (still miss parnate though).
I think I'll go eat some chinese food
