Does anyone know where this drug is available for sale.
There are references to it as far back as 1984 but it seems it is no longer on the market which is shame because it looked quite promising.
Anyone?

Hi Babak.I don't think femoxetine was ever marketed anywhere in the world. I've never come across it. It is probably still used in some experiments with rats and mice, but that's just about it. I guess it would be classified as an SSRI, although it may have other properties that are not usually listed in studies.
I hope you find what you're looking for.

Hang on though. If you run a search on the name; Femoxetine you come accross references which claim that it has been tested on humans. It is supposed to have several beneficial effects that other SSRIs don't have, e.g. reduce tension, migraines, and fatigue.
Surely somebody must know why it is not on the market.
