Robin,
I'm sure Dr Bob will answer your email as soon as he has time.
If you want to deal with these unwanted notifications before that happens, click on the "Register" link near the top of the index page; it's just below the green Amazon box and takes you to
https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl
At the bottom of the above page it says
"To reset your password -- in case you don't remember it -- please click here."
clicking where indicated takes you tohttps://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/newpwd.pl
or you could just follow the above link to go there directly. This page will reset your password to a random string and email your new password and a confirmation code to you. The change will not take effect until you give the server the confirmation code, so only people who can access your email account can change your PB password.
Once you have a password that works, you can use the "Update Registration" button on the "Register" page (first link above) to change the random password you were given to something more memorable.
Isn't Dr. Bob's Perl programming cool? :)
Jonathan.
