Effexor XR dosing for anxiety

I'm currently on 75mg Effexor XR for major (poss BP II)depression and social anxiety. I have only been on it 3 weeks,mood is much better, but still have the anxiety. (partial response?) Does anyone know how long it typically takes to work for this? Is this does high enough or perhaps has it not been long enough? Thanks for your input.
