Sorry just seen the thread above which answers my question. Can I just ask, what doseage of Zyprexa did you take was it just 5mg? Have you tried taking 10mg?

Hi Denise.

Thanks you for your concern.

I took Zyprexa 5.0mg along with Nardil and Lamictal. I did not try 10mg, but I think perhaps I should have. I recently added Abilify 20mg to Lamictal and desipramine. I definitely experienced a mild antidepressant effect over the first three of four days. Nothing now. I'm not real hopeful, but at least one person reported that it took two weeks to produce an improvement of depression. We'll see. If no good, it's on to duloxetine (Cymbalta) should it be approved by the FDA. Otherwise, I'll probably go with Lexapro. I think Lexapro + Strattera might be worth a look at.
