This
"http://weeksmd.com/articles/psychiatry/Depression_and_Schizophrenia__Essential_Fatty_Acids.pdf"
site recommends pure EPA for depression. Where do we find pure EPA and how do we stop DHA from creeping in via the other things we eat?

The link didn't work for some reason.
Why would DHA be bad? It seems like we need both. Acc. to my pdoc, DHA is what we need for the bilipid layers that make up the cell membranes in our brains. Acc. to the research, it's true, apparently, that EPA is probably the more important in terms of brain functioning for depression, etc. but there is still a lot more research to be done.
Acc. to my pdoc, EPA increases prostoglandins, thromboxanes, and leukotrienes, which are anti-inflammatories (I think). I don't think they know yet exactly how this helps in depression, etc.
But what does the article say about why DHA would be bad?

It doesn't explain why DHA is bad. My point is we get DHA from other foods anyway, so 100% pure EPA capsules wouldn't mean zero intake of DHA

What foods contain DHA?
