SWITCHING FROM EFFEXOR TO LEXAPRO

can anyone advise about the best method(quickest,with less withdraw effect,less time being"uncovered"by an AD) for switching from 300mg/day Effexor to Lexapro? can Lexapro be started and administered(at the lowest possible dosage) concomitantly while weaning off Effexor (quite slowly,as generally is being advised) ?
