Hi Jimmy,
I've never heard or read something that leads to a sexual dysfunction with the Lamictal alone. Lamictal is *sex neutral* by itself.
I also take Lamictal which i highly recommend for the bipolar depression. At the beginning it did even boost my libido. After a month my libido did return to *normal*.
BUT its action on glutamate's modulation via the MNDA receptors *may* increase the side effects of an SSRI if taken with.
So if that's your case, you may suggest to your pdoc to lower your SSRI/SNRI.
Good luck!
Max.

When I was on Lamictal it actually enhanced my libido a little bit. It didn't have any negative sexual side effects for me. But we're all different.
I've had impotence with certain medications that never should have given me impotence. And others that should have given me problems didn't. Go figure.
