Any ideas on how to get this Remeron weight off? I am working out, watching what I eat and it's not budging. I am wondering if anyone has lost their Remeron weight.

Hi, my Remeron "weight gain" did go away, but it took *months*. I gained about 20lbs above my usual weight of about 190 from the Remeron (fairly quickly too).

I did, but it took a while. I actually went on Prevacid, as some of what I thought was increased appetite was acid reflux. That, weight training, bicycle commuting, and portion control.
