Hi judy:I have been on truehope for 8 months, it has worked for me. Now I am just coming off Zolof, and it has been relly bad. the withdrawls have been brutal. Make sure you have a good support system setup. when you get to this point don't give up hang in ther.

I'm really happy for you that the supplement worked. I was having some real improvement with my panic disorder (needed about 1/2 the benzos) then got hypomanic and messed up taking the pills. So I'll sort some things out and probably go back on it. A lot of people have had difficulties stopping SSRIs- I hope you're tapering slowly. take care, judy
