I have been experiencing some stomach pains and exhaustion I couldn't figure out why- maybe it is drug related. I thought I was sick. I do have the severe sweating too- yuk. I get these rushes of what I call mania and dizziness. I feel so hyped up at times, yet underneathe I am tired. It is a strange but potent drug! good luck!

abdominal upset is common with Effexor. try to take Effexor with food or meals, as a buffer.
