I have just switched to Lexapro 10 mg. I am wondering if it has helped any body lose weight? I have gained 25lbs and can't seem to loose it. The weight hasn't helped my depression-Any input would be great!

> Thanks!Definitely! I started over two months ago on 10 mg of Lexapro, and lost over a pound a week for the first 4-6 weeks. I am certain I would have lost more if I weren't forcing food down during that time; I had NO appetite, but I was training to run a half-marathon, so I knew I had to eat for energy.
I have heard different things from different people; some lose, some gain, some remain the same.
At this point, my appetite seems to be back to normal, and I haven't gained any of the weight back.
