Hi,
I had a really bad week last week, had to leave work because I just couldn't concentrate or focus on anything. I was in a meeting and felt completely on edge and detached from what was going on, had to keep dashing off for a cigarette. Then I said I was going to work from home and ended up feeling so agitated, went off for a walk but it wastn't a nice solitary walk, I felt like I was in a different world to everyone else and I couldn't stop worrying but not about anything in particular just the way I was feeling. So walked and walked and walked until nightime came and then just felt weak.
Is this classed as agitation, anxiety or what, it's not my work, I got that way on holiday last year in Portugal which was the start of everything?
Also,
Does anyone know if Nardil causes anxiety/agitation, so far all of the SSRIs have (they never used to) and I don't want to take another drug that makes me worse.

I'm sorry, I don't know about Nardil, but what you're describing sounds like both anxiety (the mental part) and agitation (the physical part). It's exactly how I've been feeling...
Good luck

Forgot to mention that Remeron isn't supposed to cause agitation like the SSRI's do, in case you haven't tried it.

Cab,
Yes I've tried Remeron, the first week was ok and then after that I was even worse. I was taking 15mg.
