Dear Dr. Gershon,
I was wondering what your feelings were regarding the Truehope supplement for bipolar disorder. I have bipolar 1 (rapid cycling), PTSD and DD-NOS and have been resistant to traditional mood stabilizers (I have taken all and every conceivable combo) so this is somewhat of a last resort for me. My pdoc treats my manic episodes with depakote/zyprexa which works but throws me into a depression if I stay on past the episode. All ADs (and lamictal) cause hypo or manic episodes despite being on a mood stabilizer(s). Thank you for any insights.
Sincerely, judy

Sorry, I don't know what the Truehope supplement is. I would hope that your physician is not advising you to take a remedy whose formulation is not publicly known, because this would be unethnical.
This is the end of the thread.
