on 10/18/02 my Dr. switched me from 40 mg celexa to 20 mg of Lexapro telling me it was a new improved celexa. so far i have not noticed any signicant difference or side effects, the Lexapro either started working right away I beleive because I have not noticed any withdrawal or changes from taking the celexa, who knows maybe its to early to tell.
I will keep you all up to date on my personal findings.
