Hi.. I just now have a chance to answer your post of Sept. 11. About thyroid- you say you are taking synthroid 0.5mcg., and that it has helped. What about adding 12.5 mcg of Cytomel (triiodothyronine), as recommended in the NEJM, vol 340, pp 424-429,Feb 11.1999, no 6. I did that about 6 weeks ago, and feel a lot better. I got the TSH level to 0.6, and don't feel jittery or nervous, but if you do, you could take a little less.
I note that you have a demanding job, brain-wise! Can you streamline your medications at all?
