I am now on Adderall XR 10mg. I am only in day 2 as a matter of fact yesterday being day one. I slept very well last night. I did not clinch my jaws tightly all night and noticed with my first dose that my forehead was not tight from thinking about everything in the world. I had described to my Dr. the feelings of Clutter in my head not voices but rambling thoughts. I am wondering, will it get even better,(which it is great now) or is this the extent of it. My doctor talked of adding Zoloft in about a month if mild depression is not gone. Are there any known side effects with this Adderall/Zoloft combo?. Thanks for all of the posts. Reading has helped so much.
