Ive been on effexor for a week now I'm up to 75mg and I've noticed today that I have mild (so far) acne on my face and neck. Has any one else experianced this and does it subside?.

I haven't gotten it yet... but if it becomes a problem just see a dermatologist. For now, you can just try going into the body shop or something similar and buying a facial wash and facial night cream.
Differin is a popular prescription cream you can use if it still is a problem. I've been on Accutane twice (5 mos. each) so I don't get acne anymore.

I'm amazed at how they got my insurance company to pay for it all... 550/mo, for 5 months each therapy. And people claim Anti-depressants are expensive!
