I've been on paxil for a few months now... and I'm so tired that I sleep 12+ hours a day and I still have that "PLEASE let me sleep" feeling. I'm wondering about asking my doc to add welbutrin or to just put me on welbutrin... any other ideas, comments, etc?

The fatigue usually gets a bit better after two months. What is your dose? You may need to take a little less. I would be very careful about adding an agitating med such as Wellbutrin; I would try reducing the Paxil dose just a tiny bit and try that first. I was on Paxil quite a while ago and my fatigue was always there, but less as time went by. A friend of mine had Wellbutrin added to her Prozac and it agitated her like crazy, so just be careful. Good luck.
