Technical Selegiline question

I am taking 2.5 mg/day selegiline. Is this dose enough for complete MAO-B inhibition?

I am planning to go up to 5 - 10 mg/day to see if the increased amphetamine metabolites would make a difference, but because I am also on 300 mg moclobemide, I wonder if a low tyramine diet would be necessary or not.
