A health food store, alternative nutrition store, or over the internet.
Not that you asked, but I tried it (off of medications): it seemed to be the equivalent of ky jelly and caffeine, LOL. It definitely altered things some, which in itself was fun. It seemed to not affect drive, except for the novelty aspect, but made everything a little simpler.

Yohibine not yohibie, 4-8 % yohibine will increase sexual desire and libido. Does for me. Acutally makes me crazy sexual nut!! But axiety comes with it. Yohibine blocks the ne a-2 which is responsible for libido. While on yohib, my climax is much stronger, my erections are much fuller and i seem to "stay up" after climax.
I take .5mg of xanax with yohibine to counter the anxiety effects from yohibine.geno
