I practised the behavioral therapy at this website
http://www.hope4ocd.com/foursteps.htmland also ate lots of bananas (increase serotonin) and fish oil capsules, magnesium and calcium. Along with prozac and trazodone.

Medication + CBT is often more effective than either alone.

These are the four steps that Dr Schwartz talks about in "Brain Lock". That book (that is, the 4 steps) have helped me tremendously too. Actually, my psychiatrist had me read the book at the same time he started me on Prozac.
