I have used celexa for the last 2 weeks and it has worked great. No anxiety, easy to talk to people, depression gone. However, I am afraid of the long term side effects. I used paxil for 2 years and the neurological side effects I experienced caused me to stop taking the drug. If I take celexa long term will I experience neurological side effects?? I know the chance is much smaller than the other ssri's.

Well, first of all, what side effect are you talking about? It sounds like it is one of those weird rare side effects, and the chances are that you won't be able to predict whether Celexa will cause it too.
Incidentally, Celexa doesn't act on serotonin receptors. Celexa blocks the serotonin *transporter*, the reuptake site.
