hi Chris, e-mail me & I'll give you my regime for supplements - only a suggestion & you can still tailor it to your own liking. I just don't want to clog the board here, or perhaps start a pro vs con thread. Nothing weird, just basic science & common sense.

Personally, I would be really interested in your herbal/vitamin mix- don't fear the board it can be your friend:-). I take B-complex and fish oil like Chris, just wanted to know any others. Take care, Judy

Judy, that's okay, I don't fear the board but sometimes the controversy gets a bit much. But mainly, I wanted to give sound advice & I can get rather lengthy. I wanted to break it down into neat small blocks of info so that's why I gave Chris my e-mail address. I saved it first as a Word document & can just paste it for others. If you're interested, just e-mail me. No propaganda, or various brands are given or suggested. If others are truly intesrested, I can paste it here but not sure what Dr. Bob would think. It's not meds but supplements instead.
