Hi,
I recently started taking Sam-E, and I have purchased a B complex, as well as a bottle of sublingual B12 (methylcobalamin). How much B6, B12, and folate should I be taking? Thanks in advance.

------------Paul,
I take one B-100 complex tablet and a 1000 mcg sublingual tablet of bioactive B-12(methylcobalamin) each day after breakfast.
