Dear Dr. Kramer,
AndrewB, a former and prolific PsychoBabbler stated that his tolerance to Adderall was completely eliminated with the addition of memantine. Is there any clinical data to substantiate this claim that I may provide to my doctor for consideration? Thank you.

> --JodeyeThere's very little data on Memantine, period. It's an investigational drug, and I don't think any doc can write a script for it yet, except in Germany. Even its assumed mechanism of action, Glutaminergic activity at the NMDA receptor, is a relatively new concept in drug development.
