Could someone please let me know if they know of any anti-depressants that do not cause weight gain. I have been on most of the ssri's and they work well but I gain so much weight. I switched to wellbutrin, doesn't help much, and I still gain weight. I am desperate. I don't do very well when I'm not on anything. Any advice please let me know. Thank you.

Opal,
Have your tried Serzone? It is supposed to be weight-neutral, although everybody's response is different. Also, among the SSRI's, have you tried Celexa?

Desipramine is supposed to be one of the least likely to cause weight gain.
Serzone is not supposed to cause weight gain.
What are your depressive symptoms?
