Is there any interaction between st. john's wort and lithium?? I find st. john's wort just as effective as ssri's and without the dystonia I get from them.

Checked on a couple of very credible sites in my bookmarks of drug & herb interactions & it seems that those two are safe to use together. Please be aware that St. John's wort increases your sensitivity to light & you can develop cataracts (long-term) without proper eye protection & skin rashes (short-term).
