i gave it a solid 2 weeks at 60mgs and felt absloutly nothing except a small effect on depression. no social anxiety changes. my BP was always low. Effexor blew it away in the depression part so did all the ssri's. you can make a good case i did not give it enough time but when i took any other med i had a greater response than i did on nardil.
great news though i made appoint ment with a new pdoc, she has a small pratice not like my other doctor where he had to have thousands of patients and you could literally tell him what you wanted to take and he wrote thr RX. so im going to state my case and listen to her. appointment is on the 14th so i have to go through some hell days again. but i taking 10mgs of Zyprexa and it seems to be making me feel better and holding my mood in check.
good luck to all!!!

i dunno, even if you had faster responses to other meds, 2 weeks just isn't long enough to make any kind of judgement on whether Nardil would have worked for you. It IS powerful but it's just like any antidepressant - takes time to kick in. For future reference if you ever want to try again.
But I'm glad Zyprexa's helping and good luck.
