I've been on celexa since last June. I was physically tense and jittery for many weeks. At each increase of dosage, the same thing happened (I'm at 40mg now). At this point, I'm feeling exceptionally well, except for sleepiness during the day. The sleepiness for me is a small trade-off for the well-being I feel on celexa. I hope it works for you. Good luck.

Thanks Calamity
