I really do like Seroquel. It calms me down and helps with my insomnia. But because I'm not particularly sensitive to medication, I tend to ignore the little warning stickers they put on the pill bottles.
DO NOT MIX SEROQUEL WITH ALCOHOL. I drank a couple of $5 beers at the hockey game, nothing outrageous, and
popped two Seroquel when I couldn't sleep later that night. It made me unbelievably sick. One minute I was fine, and the next minute I saw stars popping in front of my eyes. The room started to tilt, and I barely made it to the couch before I fell. I have never had such a strong reaction to anything in my life.I felt sick all night and completely trashed the next day. I won't be so nonchalant about reading the warning labels on the pill bottles anymore.
