Effexor is probably the worst in its elevation of blood pressure.

The article talked about a group of people using ADs who had less heart attacks.
My blood pressure did increase when I had my dosage of effexor increased, but it had had such elevations without medication too. I switched my coffee to decaf after the first one to kickstart me whenever I wake up, and haven't had noticeable problems with my blood pressure and pulse since.
