Yes! I am currently on 600 mg twice a day lithium, 100 mg of topamax each night, 75 mg effexor xr each a.m., and 200 mg of seroquel twice a day.
I was on everything and added the topamax this past July to help with mood stabilization and weight loss, and to get off lithium. When my dose of topamax got up to 200 mg, I had problems again, part of it with a more manic state (I'm more prone to mixed states or depressive states). So we added the lithium back in and decreased the topamax -- I wanted to stay on the topamax for the weight loss effects (or at least weight maintenance). I had some cognitive dulling, so we further decreased it to the current 100 mg. I am concerned it might still be having some more subtle effects on my cognitive abilities.
Hope this helps.

Wow, that sounds like a lot of Zoloft for a bipolar diagnosis. I developed rather intense hypomanias on it if I took more than 25mg/day. I would ask your doc about that. Do you need the Zoloft for anything other than depression?
