Noa,
I can't get to the article. Do I need to sign up for a biomednet account? I wonder if you gave the name of the article if I could access it with my medscape account?> http://news.bmn.com/hmsbeagle/117/notes/feature2

MB - You just need to sign up to Bio Med Net. Hey, I even won a book in one of their contests (Essays by Nobel Prize Winners < snore >; hey, but it was nice of them, anyway).
Like Medscape, they are a site that anyone in the sciences should sign up to. They are more technology-oriented, but there is still a lot of good info to be had. Besides, they are way funnier than Medscape. - Cam

Oops, sorry. I thought you could get the article without signing up. But The Beagle is a pretty good magazine. A lot of the articles are way too scientific for me, but then they have articles like the one I cited. And, they have a cool art gallery, humor, and a set puzzle in every issue.

Noa - It was for a Top Ten entry (Why scientists fear the public). I said something to the effect of that the public were the people in school who use to beat us up and steal our lunch money, and now that we were scientists we couldn't afford to have our lunch money stolen. =^)
