I've been on 150mg of effexor for 3 months now and im tired of being a zombie! anybody with some advice on how to come off this stuff would be of graet help, im sure not getting any support from my psyc. doc.

I'm so sorry you are a zombie too. I am on the exact same dosage of effexor as you and am also
feeling like a zombie. My dr. added wellbutrin,
but it gives me a headache. I'm so tired of the
drugs that are suppossed to make you feel well.
If I knew there was an afterlife and suicide wasn't a sin, I would blow out of here.
Sorry so morbid, maybe you could add something to
get rid of the zombie effect. Good Luck.
