Hi
I have been taking 6mg melatonin every night for two years. Can anyone tell me if my sleep will suffer if I stop taking it.

Maybe. Why dont you just taper down in dose gradually over a few weeks?

Perhaps you can switch to the over-the-counter Nytol (doxylamine), Unisom (diphenhydramine), or Valerian Root.
