I read one study where there was an improvement in depressive symptoms with Inositol treatment. The dose was 12 grams/day. Anyone taken that much Inositol?

Sorry, I don`t know anything about Inositol. But I`m curious, a while ago you were very enthusiastic about ketoconazole-did it stop working?

Cruz,
I also read that study.I began taking 12gms. per day. I went with this for about 6 weeks and didn't see any improvement, so I stopped. On the other hand, I didn't experience any side-effects either. Try it, maybe it will help you! Take care and God bless!

I was taken it every two weeks and it was helpfull. I'm going to take a vacation from it for a month, then try again.

I tried it as well, no benefit...just seemed to make me have a less energetic response to stimulants so I stopped.
