effexor has left me with limp noodle syndrome, please help me with my social anxiety recommend some drug treatment what do you find most effective? please help me with my search for some "wonder drug"

I have switched from EffexorXR to Celexa/WellbutrinSR because of the same side-effect. I also take ginko biloba and ginseng so that I can get it up. I have not been diagnosed with anxiety per se. My brother has and he is on Remeron/Buspar. This seems to do the trick and he claims that his functioning is only mildly effective.
Let me know if you find "the wonder drug!!!"
