I see that this webpage does not include information for bupropion.

I found this:

"Bupropion inhibits metabolism by cytochrome P450 2D6. Caution is advised when medicinal products metabolised by this enzyme are administered concomitantly."

http://www.ash.org.uk/html/cessation/zybanspc0501.pdf

Zyban TM (Bupropion hydrochloride)
SUMMARY OF PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
May 2001 (provided by GlaxoSmithKline)

I have a link to that table you pointed to,
I usually use it to look for drug interactions.
It still seems as though I see conflicting reports
on Wellbutrin and cyp 450-2d6. The latest pdr
showed it inhibited the enzme but other studies
showed little interactions. Maybe this data
is more recent.

regards,
john

Yes. The primary concern will be the common practice of combining antidepressants in particular, Wellbutrin with a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) such as nortriptyline, imipramine, and desipramine. This could lead to dramatic increase in TCA blood level, in turn leading to TCA toxicity such as lethargy/agitation, confusion, delirium (central anticholinergic toxicity), and even cardiac toxicity.

You should be aware that Wellbutrin SR and Zyban have exactly similar pharmacokinetic properties.
