proper and safe way to withdraw from seroquel

Does anyone know how to withdraw safely from seroquel?

Would taking every other days with the same amount be safe or do I have to reduce the doses slowly?

The problem is that I can't sleep when I reduced it by a very small fraction and I can't take it with sleeping pill. I have stop it and take sleeping pill and resume the next day and plan to eventually take it next two days, and three, and so on. Would this be a good and proper way to ween it off?

Is there a good sleeping pill I can take with Seroquel?

I think you should discuss this with your doc.
