My daughter, 20, started taking effexor several months ago.Since taking it she has had a problem with her legs shaking. She has had this problem to a slight degree in the past when bored or anxious.Her doctor is now recommending clonidine She does have ADD but type II - problems with attention.She does take ritalin to help her with her attention.I am concerned about what I have heard about the combination of ritalin and clonidine and wonder about whether the jitteriness/ leg shaking etc. is caused by the effexor. Any info?
