I am on librium (chlorodiazepoxide) 10mg four times a day.
It works great, i've never slept better and felt calm.
(i guess you dont know you have anxiety until its gone.)I am a little worried because it is a benzodiazepine, and i feel afraid I might become addicted, or the doctor will worry i will become addicted and cut me off.
How addictive are they?
how long can you stay on them, months? years?sincerely Andrew

Stay on it if it works great for you ! Chlordiazepoxid has an addictive potential but you shouldnt worry about this if you dont have the drive to increase it. Discuss it with your doc if you are anxious about that.
