I am on Zoloft,Kolonpin and 7.5 Remeron.I want to add 5 mg of Zyprexa is this o.k? I know they both block 5ht2a and wonder if that posed a threat.

There shouldn't be that much of a problem, except that you might be feeling zonked. (I'm surprised that you're not unbelievably sedated already.)

> -elizabethI know,I often wonder why I am not sedated.I take 2 mg of Klonopin and it doesn't do a thing for me.I wanted to add Zyprexa to help control this panic and anxiety.I don't really want to raise the Klonopin dosage.It's weird,I can take 3 mg all at once on top of Remeron and still have trouble falling asleep. Any advice?

How much Zoloft are you taking? It is the only one in the combo that can really aggravate insomnia and make you "wired".
