Did you ever tell your pdoc that you were ordering meds from overseas and treating yourself? If not, how did you get this whole thing figured out?

I had a wonderful pdoc guide me the whole time. He was with me every step of the way. This was after dealing with three other pdocs that were total jerks and just wanted to throw SSRIs and mood stabilizers at me, regardless that they weren't working and even making me worse.
