Klonopin - did you have to keep raising your dose?

Just a quick survey for social phobia types who are/were on Klonopin:

Did you/have you had to keep increasing your Klonopin dosage to maintain efficacy?

What was your final dosage if you have stabilized and how long did it take to get there?

Are you also taking an anti-depressant or other drug along with the Klonopin?
