I just started celexa yesterday, and have obvious concerns after reading all the comments on this site. but it felt good to to feel calm, and somewhat happy.
I am wondering if , and how successful people have been trying exercise. because isn't that supposed to produce seratonin in the brain as well. Or diet/lifestyle changes?
How succesful were you if you did this? did it alter your mood, or not enough. what made you decide on an antidepressant? i am really grappeling with this. I am still nursing my son, and don't want to give it to him via my breastmilk,
But I really want to feel better too. Thanks for any input.
This is the end of the thread.
